Rio de Janeiro, June 09, 2022 - Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras, regarding the news published in the media, clarifies that, yesterday, there was a meeting of the Board of Directors (BD), in which, among other topics, the Federal Government's request for replacement of the company's CEO was discussed, through an official letter from the Ministry of Mines and Energy dated 05/23/2022. It also clarifies that the Board of Directors did not take any new decision regarding the matter other than the one communicated on 05/25/2022.
