Reference is made to the disclosure of PTT Public Company Limited ("PTT"), from time to time, regarding the Initial Public Offering ("IPO") of the newly issued ordinary shares of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited ("OR"), a subsidiary of PTT. Additionally, PTT has disclosed the information that OR's Registration Statement and Prospectus became effective on 14 January 2021 and its IPO newly issued ordinary shares's preliminary price range is Baht 16 - 18 per share.

PTT would like to inform that OR determined its final IPO price at Baht 18 per share.
