Subject	Notification of the issuance of PTT Public Company Limited's Debenture
To	President
	The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Reference is made to PTT Public Company Limited ( " PTT" ) ' s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 8 April 2022 which had the resolution to approve PTT' s fund raising plan, including portion of funds to be raised by subsidiary companies for the purpose of providing fund to PTT, in the total amount equivalent to Baht 200,000 million for a period of 5 years ( 2022- 2026) . This fund will be used for capital expenditures and/or working capital and/or refinancing.

PTT would like to inform that, on 27 May 2022, PTT has issued the unsubordinated and unsecured debenture No. 2/2022 for the total amount of Baht 20,000 million to general public, foundation, and non-profit organization. The debenture is issued under Baht 170,000 million Medium-Term Note Program (MTN Program) which was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand. The detail of the debenture is as follows:

The debenture has been rated AAA(tha) by Fitch Rating (Thailand) Limited, on 11 April 2022. Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited, Kasikornbank Public Company Limited, and Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited were appointed as the arrangers and Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited was appointed as the bond representative and the registrar of the debenture.
