BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, notified the AMF that it crossed below the 5% threshold of Veolia Environnement's share capital and voting rights on March 27, following a disposal of shares both on and off-market.

The American asset management giant specified that it holds, on behalf of said clients and funds, 36,796,254 Veolia shares representing an equal number of voting rights, or 4.96% of the utility group's capital and voting rights.
